  • What CMS platform are your themes compatible with?

    Our themes are specifically designed for self-hosted WordPress.org websites and are not compatible with blogger.com, blogspot.com, wordpress.com or other platforms like Squarespace, Showit, Wix, Thrive Themes, Elementor, or Beaver Builder, etc.

  • What are the theme requirements?

    To ensure that our child theme functions properly, the free Kadence theme must be installed on your site. The free version gives you access to all free blocks and other free pages. However, to get the most out of our themes, installing Kadence Pro would be b eneficial.

  • Do you have a cloud backup for the pages and templates?

    We’ve made it easy for you to retrieve your theme pages and blocks. Just go to the Design Library when logged into your theme, then click Glamsy Designs at the top. Voilà! The Design Library is like a wallet where you’ll find all your personal belongings.

  • Do you have a learning base system to help with installing new themes and templates?

    We have a comprehensive ‘Getting Started’ step-by-step setup guide, which can be accessed when logged in.

  • Do I need to purchase any plugins?

    Most free plugins are sufficient; however, the bigger your website becomes, the more features you may need from your plugins. Depending on your niche, some plugins will need to be purchased. Check out our recommended resources and our knowledge base for more information. 

  • Do I need to purchase a page builder?

    We do not recommend using page builders with our themes. All our themes utilize the free Kadence Blocks plugin, so there is no need for additional blocks or page builders.

  • How do I download my files after purchase?

    Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for your files. You’ll also have access to all your purchased downloads inside your account.

  • Do I need to purchase the Kadence framework?

    No! The Kadence Framework is free, so no additional purchase is required. Although the Kadence Pro version is optional, it offers great value with extra design options, additional blocks, and time-saving features at a relatively low cost. 

  • Are the stock photos included with your themes?

    Most of our themes use Unsplash and Pexel images, so they are free to use on any website. However, because thousands of people download our themes every day, it's better to use your own unique images. 

  • Can I upload my own logo?

    Yes, absolutely, you can add your own logo. Our themes support logos for desktop and for mobile!

  • Will your themes work on WordPress.com?

    Unfortunately, our themes and templates are not compatible with wordpress.com

  • Will the theme look exactly like the demo site when installed?

    Yes, absolutely. We have easy-to-follow instructions to help you get started so your new site will look exactly like our demo.

  • Is your theme compatible with e-Commerce?

    Our themes are WooCommerce ready and are compatible with other eCommerce such as SureCart, Easy Digital Downloads, and more.

  • How many websites can I install your theme on?

    You may use your readymade theme on two of your own websites. You may not redistribute to anyone else. 

  • Can I hire you to install my new theme for me?

    Yes, we do offer an installation add-on service, check out our services for more information. 

Redesigning & Tweaking Questions

  • How much customizations can I do?

    Themes built with the Kadence allow you to customize them without coding in 99% of cases. You can easily update fonts, colors, images, and website content, rearrange sections, swap out different section designs for alternate block designs, and add your own design elements with Kadence Blocks.

    You can hire us to restyle your theme or any other theme on our website starting at $3,000. We will collaborate to customize the theme to fit your business goals. To explore all website design services and packages right here

  • Can you customize my website that doesn’t use your theme?

    We can rebuild your website using Kadence, Genesis, GeneratePress, or Thrive Themes. To get started, submit our inquiry form for a custom quote. 

  • Are the stock photos included with custom designs?

    We mostly use Unsplash and Pexel images that resemble your niche; if you have images you prefer to use we're happy to add them.

  • Do you offer extra page builds?

    Yes, we do. We’re happy to discuss your needs and any additional add-ons. Additional pages average $195, but this is dependent on their size.

  • Who will redesign or build my custom build theme?

    We have a great team of experienced web designers here at Glamsy Designs who know our themes and layouts well. Whoever is appointed to design your theme will take great care to meet your requirements. 

  • Can I hire you to restyle my theme and collections?

    You can hire us to restyle your theme and collections. We will collaborate to customize your options to fit your business goals. To explore all website design services and packages go to our Services

  • What’s the time scale to create a custom build?

    Once we receive all of your assets (such as copy, images, and hosting details), you should expect the initial setup of your website to be delivered to you within around 4 weeks.

  • What is your after sales support for readymade blocks?

    After purchasing your template, you’ll want to check out our comprehensive support documentation when logged in, whic h will guide you through the setup process. If you encounter any difficulties, feel free to submit a support ticket, and our team will be more than happy to assist you. 

    We are committed to helping you get your site up and running like the demo. Please note that any requests beyond this may be considered customizations and will require an additional fee.

    Support for readymade templates is 30 days. 

  • What is your after sales support for readymade themes?

    After purchasing your theme, you’ll want to check out our comprehensive support documentation when logged in, which will guide you through the setup process. If you encounter any difficulties, feel free to submit a support ticket, and our team will be more than happy to assist you. 

    Your theme license allows you to use the design on two projects for personal use. Technical support is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase; however, Glamsy Designs is not responsible for any conflicts due to updates with WordPress, Kadence or any third party plugins or extensions. 

    To receive support after 12 months you will need to repurchase the theme. The theme will continue to work without an additional purchase and you will still have access to updates for the lifetime of the product. 

  • What is your after sales support for custom designs?

    Support for custom designs is 12 months from your purchase date and covers anything related to the theme not working as it should. Once the theme is designed and accepted, any requests beyond this may be considered customizations and will require an additional fee. 

  • What happens to my content when installing a new theme?

    Rest assured that when you switch to a new theme, all your existing content is completely safe – nothing will be deleted! Your posts, comments, photos, pages, and widgets will all remain intact.

  • Is the theme a one time fee or an annual?

    It is a one-time fee and there is nothing else to purchase.

Orders

  • Can I purchase a gift card for my friend?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards. 

  • How to track my service order?

    Due to the digital nature of our products, you will receive an email from us after you have placed the order, which will give you instructions of what we need to follow up your order. Depending on the service you ordered there may be a form for you to fill in.

  • How do I track my template order?

    Your template is downloadable during checkout and can also be found in your account dashboard.

  • How do I track my custom theme order?

    Depending on the custom theme service you ordered, we will touch base using forms, live chats and email. We need to know as many details about your niche and preferences.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Due to the digital nature of our products, unfortunately, it’s not possible to cancel it once it has been placed.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept all the popular payment methods such as through Stripe.

  • How many websites can I install my readymade theme on?

    You may use the readymade theme you purchased on two of your own websites. You may not redistribute the theme to anyone else.  

Payments

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment through Paypal, credit card, and debit card. 

  • Can I spread my payments?

    Due to the nature of instance downloads, we do no offer payments spread out over a few months. However, PayPal and other companies may offer you this option, but this is between you and them.

Refund & Exchange

  • What is your refund & exchange policy?

    Due to the digital nature of all our products, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship overseas?

    We do not ship themes or templates, all products are downloaded digitally. 

Terms Of Use

  • Can I Resell Your Themes, Templates, Blocks etc.?

    According to our Terms & Conditions, you are strictly prohibited to resell our themes, templates, or any of our content even if you have not used it. If you’re building websites for clients, two licences covers two client website – you will be responsible for providing support to your clients.
