Kadence Forms is a popular tool for creating customizable forms on WordPress websites. Unless you require super complex forms, Kadence forms are sufficient because they offer endless possibilities. With Kadence forms, there are various styling options, field types, and templates to make any type of form you need. The plugin integrates smoothly with other email marketing services, provides built-in security features like spam protection, supports conditional logic, and much more.
Readymade Forms
The theme you bought from Glamsy Designs is preinstalled with readymade forms, which are already live on some of your posts and pages. The forms will be different for each theme. To view your forms, go to Kadence > Forms.

Some of the forms are set up to automatically add entries to the Kadence > Form Entries (Kadence Blocks Pro) section. You will also receive an email informing you that you have an entry. Some forms, such as the Newsletter, you may prefer to be connected to an autoresponder such as Convertkit.
These form settings can be changed in these sections or your posts or pages. The designing is done directly on your posts and pages.

The Form block in the posts and pages allows you to create custom forms, add premade forms, and style them however you want, depending on whether you have the free or pro version! Here’s how to get started:

Styling Forms
The Form block in the posts and pages allows you to style however you want:

Using the Kadence Row Layout Block, you can easily add a background to your form. Create a row with a full-width background image, place your contact form within a column in that row, and then set a background color, image, or video for the column. You can then adjust the opacity as needed.
NOTE: If some of these options are unavailable, you most likely do not have the Kadence Pro installed.
