Story of Our Beginnings
I’ve worn many hats over the years — sailor, sales trainer, mother of five, dog trainer, and now web designer — each one shaping the way I see the world and connect with others. My journey began in the Navy in the ’80s and ’90s, where I learned discipline, resilience, and the value of teamwork. From there, life led me to Acapulco, Mexico, where I trained time-share sales teams under the hot sun and crashing waves.
Later came the beautiful chaos of raising five children and wrangling four wolfdogs (yes, really!). That season opened the door to dog training, which my husband now leads with our three energetic huskies by his side. As for me, I followed a quieter but equally creative path — designing websites, building themes, and discovering just how powerful a well-built online presence can be.
Glamsy Designs grew out of that discovery — a love for blending beauty with purpose, and a desire to make stunning design accessible for small business owners, creators, and everyday dreamers.
