    Got any questions about what to expect? We aim to answer your questions below, but if you don’t see your answer, feel free to contact us.

    After the initial preparation period of gathering information, it can take 2-6 weeks, but maybe longer depending on it’s complexity. We will provide you with each step so you can watch and ask for any changes.

    NOTE: We aim to work quickly, but perfection is our motivation.

    After your project is complete, you’ll feel confident managing your site — from adding new content to making updates — thanks to the one-on-one video support session included with your package for post launch.

    Before we begin, we’ll need your images, files, and any pre-written content you may have for each page, account logins, and wishlist of features and functionalities. Don’t worry — we will guide you through exactly what’s needed and provide plenty of time before getting started.

    We typically book about three weeks in advance, though timing can vary depending on the project. Once your spot is reserved, you’ll be officially added to our schedule — and we’ll send you some prep work so you can start making progress right away, even before your project begins!

    If you don’t have a website, domain or hosting, we can discuss your options. Let’s chat and we’ll help you figure out the best fit. You can also take a look at our recommended resources to help you get some great ideas.

    If you don’t yet have a logo, we assume you’re starting from scratch. In that case, we recommend our Starter, Standard, or Premium packages, which includes a text logo with optional icon, a custom color palette, and font selections designed to capture your unique style and vision.

    Since every website has its own unique needs, content, and goals, the best way to get an accurate idea of your needs is to reach out to us. In the meantime, you can also explore our list of top recommended resources here.

    To help the project run smoothly, please have the following ready:

    • A hosting provider and domain name (we’re happy to recommend options if you don’t have them yet).
    • Access to your hosting dashboard and WordPress installation via your host or website login.
    • Any third-party tools or plugins you’d like integrated.

    We don’t provide content writing — your site will include placeholder text (lorem ipsum). If writing copy isn’t something you’d like to take on, we’d be happy to connect you with a professional copywriter.

    We come across this a lot. We are adaptable to your needs, but please bear in mind that more can be conversed during a video chat than email. If video chats aren’t your thing, we recommend Google chat, it’s quick just like Messenger so it’s very effective.

    For fully established websites, we’ll work in a staging environment to ensure your live site stays safe. For new websites, we typically work directly on the live site unless you’d prefer a staging setup.

    We have a great team of designers here at Glamsy Designs, who are experienced web designers, know our themes and layouts really well.

    Yes, we do. We’re happy to discuss your needs and any additional add-ons.

    We mostly use Unsplash and Pexel images that resemble your niche; if you have images you prefer to use we’re happy to add them.

    It depends on the project and product. All our themes offer 12 months support. A design service generally offers 30 days after completion, however, because all projects vary in intensity we suggest you view the project details.

    Absolutley. Our team can take of your existing site and rebuild it using Kadence. If there are some parts of your site that you love, we can rebuild it to look the same or we can help you with a new design.

    NOTE 1: Because page builders aren’t equal it will be impossible to recreate a block 100% identical. However, because we are perfectionist, we will do our upmost to make it look ‘like-for-like’.

    NOTE 2: Redesigns are complex so for the best experience, we recommend a high performing hosting provider such as StellarSites Ultimate to get the Kadence tools you need (like Kadence Blocks Pro and Kadence Theme Kit Pro).

    NOTE 3: If you already have a high performing hosting provider but don’t own Kadence Pro, then go to KadenceWP to grab their Pro version. The Pro version would be beneficial for recreating your designs.
