Let’s Start Chatting

We’ll be in touch via email to arrange a 60-min video chat via Zoom or other platform to discuss your website design and work flow.

Relax As We Design

We’ll collate your website information such as images and copy, collaborate, and keep you in the loop while we work our magic.

Step 4

Launching Your Site

Once we have everything, we’ll get to work, finalize all tech and design details, and we’ll keep collaborating before your website launch day.

The first step is completing the form as accurately as possible. We appreciate the fine details, they’re a big helping hand. After chatting via zoom, images and copy (if any) need to be forwarded to us. This can take time and isn’t included in the two week design period. These steps are very important and your dedication during this time is appreciated.

After the initial preparation period of gathering website information, the design can take up to 2 weeks or sooner, but maybe longer depending on its complexity or if either party runs into unforeseen circumstances. We will provide you with each step so you can watch and ask for any changes.

NOTE: We aim to work quickly, but perfection is our motivation.

After your project is complete, you’ll feel confident managing your site — from adding new content to making updates — thanks to the one-on-one video support session included with your package for post launch.

Before we begin, we’ll need your images, files, and any pre-written content you may have for each page, account logins, and wishlist of features and functionalities. Don’t worry — we will guide you through exactly what’s needed and provide plenty of time before getting started.

Timing can vary depending on the project. Once your spot is reserved, you’ll be officially added to our schedule — and we’ll send you some prep work so you can start making progress right away, even before your project begins!

If you don’t have a website, domain or hosting, we can discuss your options. Let’s chat and we’ll help you figure out the best fit. You can also take a look at our recommended resources to help you get some great ideas.

If you don’t yet have a logo or a favicon, we will create one from text with an optional icon, including a custom color, and font selections designed to capture your unique style and vision as a logo.

During collating your website information, you can change your mind as to what pages you prefer. When designing the agreed pages, we’ll keep collaborating with you until everything is perfect.

Interior mean the type of pages you might want designed for your website such as an About page, Mission page, Service page, Getting Started page, Podcast page, Category Silo page, Resources and more.

To help the project run smoothly, please have the following ready:

  • A hosting provider and domain name (we’re happy to recommend options if you don’t have them yet).
  • Access to your hosting dashboard and WordPress installation via your host or website login.
  • Any third-party tools or plugins you’d like integrated.

We don’t provide copy as such but we can link you to a professional copy writer. From us, your site will include placeholder text (lorem ipsum) if you don’t have any pre-written copy. If writing copy isn’t something you’d like to take on, we’d be happy to connect you with our professional copywriter.

We come across this a lot. We are adaptable to your needs, but please bear in mind that more can be conversed during a video chat than email. If video chats aren’t your thing, we recommend Google chat, it’s quick just like Messenger so it’s very effective.

For fully established websites, we’ll work in a staging environment to ensure your live site stays safe. For new websites, we typically work directly on the live site unless you’d prefer a staging setup.

We have a great team of designers here at Glamsy Designs, who are experienced web designers, know our themes and layouts really well.

Yes, we do. We’re happy to discuss your needs and any additional add-ons.

We mostly use Unsplash and Pexel images that resemble your niche; if you have images you prefer to use we’re happy to add them.

A web design project offers 12 months support.

Absolutely. Our team can take of your existing site and rebuild it using Kadence. If there are some parts of your site that you love, we can rebuild it to look the same or we can help you with a new design. To get started choose the Established Website.

NOTE 1: Because page builders aren’t equal it will be impossible to recreate a block 100% identical. However, because we are perfectionist, we will do our upmost to make it look ‘like-for-like’.

NOTE 2: Redesigns are complex so for the best experience, we recommend a high performing hosting provider such as ScalaHosting so we can clone your website.

NOTE 3: It is not required to have Kadence Pro, though is beneficial for recreating your designs.
