Before installing your new theme you will need a self-hosted WordPress.org website and a host provider such as ScalaHosting to host your WordPress website. Kadence Pro is recommended for the pro features of your theme, but are not required. Plugins are also a necessity, every theme in the demo and in Glamsy Docs has a recommended section specifically for what plugins to install, install the ones you need to get started. Free plugins can sometimes be limiting, so as your website progresses you may find you might want to purchase a pro version.
If you don’t plan to use the pro pages and blocks then stick with Kadence free version. Although the Kadence Pro version is optional, it offers great value with extra design options, additional blocks, and time-saving features at a relatively low cost.
Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for your files. You’ll also have access to all your purchased downloads inside your account.
We absolutely understand you—trust us you absolutely can do this! We have many customers that have never created a website, they follow our instructions and manage perfectly fine. If you find that you’re stuck in any area feel free to contact us, we are more than happy to help.
No coding knowledge is required, everything works right out of the box without having to add or change any code. And, you will not have to touch a single line of code to install, customize, and launch any of our Kadence themes.
If you’re a theme techy, custom code can be added in the Advance settings on any page.
Yes, absolutely, you can add your own logo and favicon.
We have a comprehensive ‘Getting Started’ step-by-step setup guide. To access your theme tutorials you will need to be logged in.
Most free plugins are sufficient; however, the bigger your website becomes, the more features you may need from your plugins. Depending on your niche, some plugins will need to be purchased. Check out our recommended resources and our knowledge base for more information.
We do not recommend using page builders with our themes. All our themes utilize the free Kadence Blocks plugin, so there is no need for additional blocks or page builders.
To ensure that our child theme functions properly, the free Kadence theme must be installed on your site. The free version gives you access to all free blocks and other free pages. However, to get the most out of our themes, installing Kadence Pro would be beneficial.
We’ve made it easy for you to retrieve your theme pages and blocks. Just go to the Design Library when logged into your theme, then click Glamsy Designs at the top. Voilà! The Design Library is like a wallet where you’ll find all your personal belongings.
Our themes are specifically designed for self-hosted WordPress.org websites and are not compatible with blogger.com, blogspot.com, wordpress.com or other platforms like Squarespace, Showit, Wix, Thrive Themes, Elementor, or Beaver Builder, etc.
Our Themes
When you purchase a theme you’re uploading everything you see in the demo including the header, footer, fonts, button styles, colors, category archives and single posts, block collections related to the theme, and any promotions for that theme.
Our themes are a one-time fee and there is nothing else to purchase; however, if you need support after 12 months, you will need to make another purchase.
Most of our themes use Unsplash and Pexel images, so they are free to use on any website. However, because thousands of people download our themes every day, it’s better to use your own unique images.
Each theme is licensed for two websites that you personally own and actively manage. If you have exhausted both licences and would like to use a theme on an additional website, a separate purchase is required.
Yes, absolutely your new site will look exactly like our demo. We have easy-to-follow tutorials to help you get up and running easily and quickly.
All our themes are fully optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop views. Mobile responsiveness is refined on every theme before it is released.

Rest assured that when you switch to a new theme, all your existing content is completely safe – nothing will be deleted! Your posts, comments, photos, pages, and widgets will all remain intact.
Unfortunately, our themes and collections are not compatible with wordpress.com.
Our themes are WooCommerce ready and are compatible with other eCommerce such as SureCart, Easy Digital Downloads, and more
Block Collections
When you purchase a theme you’re uploading everything you see in the demo theme including the header, footer, fonts, button styles, and colors. With the block collections you’re buying pages and the block collection the pages used to create the design. These pages can usually be seen in the Pages and Pro Pages, and Home pages of the demo but can also be seen in our Cloud. All block collections exclude category archives and single posts.
Our block collections are a one-time fee and there is nothing else to purchase; however, if you need support after 30 days, you will need to make another purchase.
The fonts and colors will automatically pair with your currently active theme on your website.
The block collections for each theme is included when it is active on your site. You can’t use one theme and use another block collection.
Most of our block collections use Unsplash and Pexel images, so they are free to use. However, because thousands of people download our themes every day, it’s better to use your own unique images.
You can buy and use as many block collections as you like, having more than one will not negatively affect your website, it will give you more design choices.
If you remove the block collection from your website, it will no longer be accessible through the Design Library. The block collections that you have added onto your pages will not be affected. Should you decide you want them reinstalled, follow the instructions in your email download during purchase or go to our Glamsy Docs.
You will need to use a Kadence Child Theme whether it is ours or from another company. It also needs to be Kadence for our block collections to work!
The Kadence theme is not technically required if you’re just wanting to use the block collections, but you must have the free Kadence plugin installed for our blocks to work.
Each block collection purchase is licensed for two websites that you personally own and actively manage. If you have exhausted both licences and would like to use blocks collections on an additional website, a separate purchase is required.
The block collections are a one-time purchase for life. The collections are not updated and no future collections will be added. The collections are taken from the theme, which doesn’t require new block collections; however, any technical block issues or bugs will always be updated.
Redesigning
Once we receive all of your assets (such as copy, images, and hosting details), you should expect the initial setup of your website to be delivered to you within around 4 weeks.
We have a great team of experienced web designers here at Glamsy Designs who know our themes and layouts well. Whoever is appointed to design your theme will take great care to meet your requirements.
Yes, we do. We’re happy to discuss your needs and any additional add-ons. Additional pages average $195, but this is dependent on their size.
We can rebuild your website using Kadence, Genesis, GeneratePress, or Thrive Themes. To get started, submit our inquiry form for a custom quote.
The collections will adapt to your typography and color palette automatically 99% of the time. The 1% instant may be because an alternative color was used that isn’t in the palette, some transparency was added, or your website may use a dark palette instead of light.

Ordering
Due to the digital nature of our products, you will receive an email from us after you have placed the order, which will give you instructions of what we need to follow up your order. Depending on the service you ordered there may be a form for you to fill in.
We accept all the popular payment methods such as Stripe and PayPal.
Due to the digital nature of our products, unfortunately, it’s not possible to cancel it once it has been placed.
Your collections are downloadable during checkout and can also be found in your account dashboard.

Depending on the custom theme service you ordered, we will touch base using forms, live chats and email. We need to know as many details about your niche and preferences to get started.
Payments
Due to the nature of instance downloads, we do no offer payments spread out over a few months. However, PayPal and other companies may offer you this option, but this is between you and them.
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards at moment.
We accept payment through Stripe, Paypal, and debit card on higher payments such as custom designs.
All sales at Glamsy Designs are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the digital nature of all our products, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
Though digital downloads cannot be returned, we are more than happy to step in and give you a helping hand should you be experiencing any issues that you struggling to solve providing you have followed our step-by-step installation tutorials.
We do not ship themes or templates, all products are downloaded digitally.
Support
After purchasing your theme, you’ll want to check out our comprehensive support documentation when logged in, which will guide you through the setup process. If you encounter any difficulties, feel free to submit a support ticket, and our team will be more than happy to assist you.
Your theme license allows you to use the design on two projects for personal use. Technical support is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase; however, Glamsy Designs is not responsible for any conflicts due to updates with WordPress, Kadence or any third party plugins or extensions.
To receive support after 12 months you will need to repurchase the theme. The theme will continue to work without an additional purchase and you will still have access to updates for the lifetime of the product.
Support for custom designs is 12 months from your purchase date and covers anything related to the theme not working as it should. Once the theme is designed and accepted, any requests beyond this may be considered customizations and will require an additional fee.
Support for Canva Collections is 30 days.

General Q&As
Glamsy Designs offers an affiliate program for its customers who would like to earn commissions by sharing Glamsy Design products with their own audience. Affiliates earn 15% commission on every purchase — meaning you can make as much as $37 for theme sales and enjoy $7 recurring monthly earnings for every member you refer.
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal once your balance reaches a minimum of $50. For full details and to apply, visit our affiliate program page.
According to our Terms & Conditions, you are strictly prohibited to resell, share, redistributed our products, or any of our content even if you have not used it.
Most licenses are set to use on two websites, please check your product FAQs. If you have exhausted your product licences, then you will need to purchase an additional license.
Glamsy Designs will only provide support to the person purchasing our product; hence, if you are a web designer, we encourage your clients to purchase their own product directly from us. If the client gives you permission to use their account, then we can support web designers. If you have any questions, please contact us.
